Exec Producer – Radio / Music (Full Time)
Salary £50k per annum (D.O.E)

This newly created role will join our existing team to lead a selection of projects across TBI’s highly varied output, helping develop production talent, producing content to an exceptionally high standard and deputising for the Head of Audio when required. This role will manage the day-to-day production, staffing, and delivery of several shows from our slate of live and recorded music-based & entertainment programmes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable experience of creating amazing audio content.
- Comfortable producing high-profile names
- Experience of running teams.
- Great contacts within the BBC and commercial networks / channels.
- A creative mindset – this role will include development responsibilities.
- 10+ years of relevant producer-level experience preferred.
Exec Producer – Podcasts / Speech (Full Time)
Salary £50k per annum (D.O.E)

This newly created role will join our existing team to lead projects across TBI’s highly varied non-linear and speech output, helping develop ideas, producing content to an exceptionally high level and deputising for the Head of Audio when required. This role will manage the day-to-day production, staffing, and delivery of our slate of podcasts and speech-based radio as well as winning commissions for new titles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable experience of creating amazing audio content.
- Experience of running production teams
- Great contacts within the BBC and commercial networks / channels.
- A creative mindset – this role will include development responsibilities.
- 5+ years of relevant producer-level experience preferred.
Studio Producer – BBC 1Xtra: Snoochie Shy Show (full time)
Salary circa £32k p.r – 4 days per week

An incredible opportunity to work on a ground-breaking programme. You’ll help lead the production team and direct the live show. You’ll need to constantly feed the show with new ideas and bring energy and passion to the content. Significant live studio experience is a requirement for this role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable experience of creating amazing audio content.
- Live studio experience at producer level
- A passion for the music featured in this programme.
- An ideas machine! This programme thrives on new ideas.
- An attention to detail, and knowledge of editorial guidelines
- Experience of running a small team (preferred)
- Social and video skills (preferred)
- 2+ years of producer-level experience (preferred).
Producer – BBC Asian Network
Salary circa £32k
Full time or part time considered

TBI Media produces two programmes for the Asian Network; The Asian Music Chart Show and Nikita & Islah’s Saturday programme. We are looking for a producer who can bring more fresh ideas to these programmes as we continue with their development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for Asian Music & culture.
- Experience of directing presenters & developing ideas
- Contacts with Asian Music record labels an advantage
- Live studio experience
- Familiarity with BBC broadcast systems / studios (preferred).
- 5+ years at AP level or 2+ years at producer level.
Assistant Producer – BBC Asian Network
Salary circa £27k
Full time or part time considered

TBI Media produces two programmes for the Asian Network; The Asian Music Chart Show and Nikita & Islah’s Saturday programme. We are looking for an assistant producer to support these programmes, bringing excellent knowledge of Asian music and culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for Asian Music & culture.
- Great ideas and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Contacts with Asian Music record labels an advantage
- Familiarity with BBC broadcast systems / studios (preferred)
- 2+ years at AP level.
Requirements for every role at TBI Media (ideally) include:
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude.
- A love of audio.
- Strong talent management skills.
- Ideas. Lots of them.
- Already developed skills in editing using BBC VCS, and ideally proficient in Reaper
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A good-level of technical skill and experience – both in audio recording, studio operation and IT.
- An interest in the world outside your specialist area – whether it’s arts, current affairs, pop culture or politics.
- Great contacts and the ability to network with commissioners and talent (and agents)
- An understanding of the importance of health and safety practices
- A natural ability to stay calm under pressure.
- An awareness of the Ofcom Broadcasting Code & BBC Editorial Guidelines.
