SQUAD is a brand-new podcast for the teenagers of our British Armed Forces families, brought to you by the military charity Little Troopers.
Over 8 episodes, we’ll meet a host of teens as they share their experience of growing up as part of a military family via a bright, energetic and youthful format.
For military-teens, by military-teens, SQUAD is a first of a kind series that puts these stories front and centre; covering topics like “things I wish my civvy friends new”, “managing exams alongside military life” and “how can I find love when I’m constantly moving?”. In other words, we’ll chat about how all the usual teenage angst and dilemmas change when you’re from a military family, all wrapped up by a fun and friendly tone. Fronted by presenters broadcaster Katie Thistleton and military child turned professional rugby player, Thom Smith.
