Weekly programme where spiritual and religious themes are explored through music, prose and poetry.
- 32 x 28 minute programmes per year
In 2016 TBI began to produce 32 episodes a year of Radio 4's long-standing religious and ethical strand Something Understood.
TBI assembled a team of the finest religious broadcasters who offered a rich tapestry of religious and spiritual wisdom each week. The emphasis was on using a multifaith approach to shed new light on subjects that are relevant to people of all faiths and none.
Our presenters tackled a vast array of themes, from motherhood and memory to pilgrimage and the power of weakness. These powerful radio essays were illustrated with music, prose and poetry which enriches and enchants.
