The Big Listen was a research project run by RadioCentre, commissioned to assess the input and output of UK commercial radio.
A three-pronged approach was used - focus groups, a quantitative study and an online survey - to engage with listeners and collect data on their views. As a result of the findings, TBI Media was commissioned to create over 70 short-form features for broadcast across 200 UK commercial radio stations, producing content that engaged a wide demographic of listeners and to secure the future of Commercial Radio.
